PRESS RELEASE
The Free Clinic of Central Virginia has been awarded a $10,000 grant from The Greater Lynchburg Community Trust Foundation. It is coming from the following funds: Rosalind & John L. Denney, Edwin A. & Margaretta H Harper, and Bernard & Putnam Kyle Memorial. This gift is to specifically provide expanded and specialty dental services during the summer months in 2009. Since every $1 given to the Free Clinic in 2008 provided $12 worth of services, this particular allocation will enable the clinic to give $120,000 worth of additional dental care to needy Central Virginians.
